Getting to Know Aria — Your AI Amazon Assistant

Meet Aria, TrackIQ's AI Amazon Bot

Written by Mirza Faturrachman

What if you could just ask a question about your Amazon business and get a complete answer instantly — no filters, no dropdowns, no digging through reports? Meet Aria, TrackIQ's AI Amazon Bot.

You can ask Aria anything about your sales, ads, products, or inventory in plain English, and it will run the queries and bring back the answer for you. You can even ask Aria to build a fully customized dashboard, called a Studio, around your own questions.

Here's how to get started with Aria:

Step 1: Accessing Aria

On the left-hand sidebar, click on Aria to expand the menu. You'll see two sections: Chat, where you talk to Aria directly, and Studios, where your AI-generated dashboards are saved.

Step 2: Exploring the Aria Chat Page

Opening Chat brings you to Aria's main page. On the left, you'll see a + New Chat button, a conversation search bar, filter tabs (All / Chats / Studio), and a Recent list of your past conversations.

In the main panel, Aria greets you with "Ask anything about your Amazon data" and a set of built-in prompts you can click to get started right away, such as "Create a sales dashboard for last 30 days", "Show me the top 5 products by revenue this month", or "What is my overall ACOS for the last 7 days?"

At the bottom, you'll find the message box where you can type your own question, along with a row of Visuals options — Auto, None, Charts, Tables, Mixed, Dashboard, and Studio — which control how Aria presents its answer.

Step 3: Asking Aria a Question

Type your question into the message box and press Enter. As an example, asking "can you give me a week over week trend report by product category for the past four weeks" shows exactly how Aria works behind the scenes:

  • Plan: Aria first lays out its plan — in this case, querying weekly sales by product category, calculating week-over-week changes, and formatting the results into a trend.

  • Data queries: you can see Aria running each query in real time (e.g. "Queried your data · 63 rows"), so you know it's pulling from your actual account data rather than guessing.

  • Insights: once finished, Aria presents a data table — here, a week-by-week sales breakdown per product category with week-over-week percentage changes — followed by a written summary highlighting key patterns, such as which category is driving sales and which one is more volatile.

You can also click Download PDF in the bottom-right corner to save the full response as a document.

Step 4: Building a Custom Dashboard with Studio

Beyond answering questions, you can ask Aria to turn its analysis into a full, interactive dashboard — this is Studio. Each chat conversation can have its own Studio dashboard, tailored to whatever you discussed with Aria in that conversation.

For example, asking Aria to build an estimation based on historical sales data generates a Sales History Analysis by ASIN dashboard. You can see it includes overview cards (Total Sales, Orders, Units Sold, Avg Order Value, Avg Daily Sales, Active ASINs) each with a trend sparkline and percentage change, a Monthly Sales Trend chart, a Monthly Growth Pattern chart, and a Product Performance Analysis table listing your top products.

A different conversation can generate a completely different dashboard. Here's an Inventory Health & Coverage Dashboard, generated from a conversation about stock levels — you can see it summarizes On-Hand, Reserved, and Available Units, Total Units, Units Sold, and Sell-Through Rate, plus an Inventory Levels Trend chart, a Daily Inventory Turnover chart, and a Product-Level Analysis section with sales distribution by category and top products by sales volume.

Every Studio dashboard includes:

  • An editable title (click the pencil icon) and a date range selector, so you can adjust the reporting period.

  • An external link icon to open the dashboard in its own tab, and a pin icon to save it for quick access later.

  • A message box at the bottom — "Ask ARIA to change the dashboard..." — so you can keep refining the dashboard just by chatting with Aria, without starting over.

Studio is currently in beta and is heavily AI-generated, so building a dashboard can take a moment. Avoid refreshing the screen while it's generating.

That's it! Whether you need a quick answer or a full custom dashboard, Aria and Studio let you get insights from your Amazon data just by asking — no manual report-building required.
