Follow these steps to generate your first AI-driven report:
Step 1: Accessing the Insight Reports
To get started, navigate to the Insight Reports dashboard:
On the left-hand sidebar, click on Reports to expand the menu.
Select Insight Reports from the dropdown list.
Click the blue Create Insight Report button located in the top right corner of your screen.
Step 2: Configuring Your Report Details
A dialog box will appear. Here, you will lay the foundation for your data:
Report Title: Give your report a clear, descriptive name.
Slide Template: Choose the visual theme for your presentation (e.g., Corporate Blue).
Date Range: Select the specific time period you want to analyze.
Data Sources: Check the boxes for the specific data you want the AI to process (such as Portfolios, Campaigns, or Vendor Sales).
Once your setup is complete, click the blue Proceed button.
Step 3: Generating Your Report with AI
You are now in the AI creation workspace—this is where the magic happens!
Verify Your Data: In the top-left corner, you can review a summary of the title, date range, and data sources you just selected.
Prompt the AI: Right below that, you will see a list of Pre-made Prompts (e.g., "Generate a comprehensive performance report"). You can simply click one of these to start, or type your own specific instructions into the text box at the bottom.
Generate: Click the Generate Report button and wait a few moments while the TrackIQ AI automatically builds your slides.
Present or Save: Once the report is ready, you can present it instantly right from the browser by clicking the Fullscreen button in the top right corner, or click Download to save it to your device.
