Written by Jacob Heinz

Q: How do I view data for different time periods?

A: Use the date range picker at the top of most pages. You can select Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or create a Custom date range.

Q: How do I switch between different brands or marketplaces?

A: Use the Brand dropdown and Marketplace selector in the header of the application. This allows you to view data for any account-marketplace combination.

Q: Can I export my data?

A: Yes. Most pages have an Export button that allows you to download data in CSV format. You can also manage scheduled exports in the Exports section.

Q: What does ACoS mean and why is it important?

A: ACoS stands for Advertising Cost of Sale. It's calculated as: (Total Spend / Total Sales) Γ— 100. A lower ACoS means you're spending less to generate each dollar of revenue, indicating better profitability.

Q: How often is my data updated?

A: TrackIQ data typically updates in near real-time as ads are served and customers make purchases.

Q: Can I track multiple sales channels?

A: TrackIQ supports Amazon advertising across different marketplaces (US, CA, MX, etc). You can monitor all channels from one dashboard.

Q: How do I view individual product performance?

A: Navigate to Products > Performance to see metrics for each ASIN including clicks, impressions, spend, and sales.

Q: What's the difference between Clicks and Impressions?

A: Clicks are the number of times users clicked on your ads. Impressions are the number of times your ads were displayed, regardless of whether they were clicked.

Q: How do I create custom reports?

A: Go to Reports > KPI Dashboards and click "Create Report" to build a custom dashboard with your preferred metrics.

Q: Is my data secure?

A: Yes. TrackIQ uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Your information is encrypted and we never share your data with third parties.
