How do I view data for different time periods?
Use the date range picker at the top of most pages. You can select Today, This Week, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or create a Custom date range.
How do I switch between different brands or marketplaces?
Use the Brand dropdown and Marketplace selector in the header of the application. This allows you to view data for any account-marketplace combination.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Most pages have an Export button that allows you to download data in CSV format. You can also manage scheduled exports in the Exports section.
What does ACoS mean and why is it important?
ACoS stands for Advertising Cost of Sale. It's calculated as: (Total Spend / Total Sales) Γ 100. A lower ACoS means you're spending less to generate each dollar of revenue, indicating better profitability.
How often is my data updated?
TrackIQ data typically updates in near real-time as ads are served and customers make purchases.
Can I track multiple sales channels?
TrackIQ supports Amazon advertising across different marketplaces (US, CA, MX, etc). You can monitor all channels from one dashboard.
How do I view individual product performance?
Navigate to Products > Performance to see metrics for each ASIN including clicks, impressions, spend, and sales.
What's the difference between Clicks and Impressions?
Clicks are the number of times users clicked on your ads. Impressions are the number of times your ads were displayed, regardless of whether they were clicked.
How do I create custom reports?
Go to Reports > KPI Dashboards and click "Create Report" to build a custom dashboard with your preferred metrics.
