Connect your data sources, customize your layout, and get the exact insights you need at a single glance.

Follow the steps below to build your first custom dashboard.

Step 1: Accessing the KPI Dashboards

To begin creating a new report, navigate to the correct dashboard:

  1. On the left-hand sidebar, click on Reports to expand the menu.

  2. Select KPI Dashboards from the dropdown list.

  3. Click the blue Create Report button located in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Understanding the Report Builder Interface

The report builder gives you complete control over the look and feel of your report. Here is a quick overview of your workspace:

  • Date Range: Click the date button in the top right corner to set the specific time period for your report.

  • Add a Logo: On the left sidebar, upload your company logo to brand your report.

  • Manage Pages: Just below the logo section, add new pages by clicking the "+" (plus) icon and rename them to organize your data.

  • Add Widgets: In the bottom left section, you will find various widget types (e.g., KPI, Table, Bar Chart, Line Chart). Drag and drop the desired widgets onto the center canvas to build your layout.

  • Report Title: On the right-hand panel, under the Settings tab, you can easily rename your report.

Step 3: Configuring Data Sources and Saving

After placing your widgets on the canvas, it's time to bring them to life with your data:

  1. Click on any widget you placed on the canvas.

  2. On the right-hand panel, navigate to the Data tab.

  3. Under Select Data Source, choose the appropriate source from the dropdown menu (e.g., Portfolio, Campaigns, SP Campaigns, Targets).

  4. Next, select the specific Metric you want to track (e.g., Clicks, Impressions, Spend, Sales).

  5. Click Apply to instantly update the widget.

  6. Once your layout is ready and the data is connected, click the blue Done button in the top right corner to save your new dashboard.
