Written by Mirza Faturrachman

Never let a stockout catch you by surprise. The Stock Levels dashboard inside TrackIQ gives you a real-time, bird's-eye view of your entire inventory. From tracking your current on-hand units to spotting sales trends before they peak, this page ensures you always know exactly what products are ready to sell and what needs your immediate attention.

Step 1: Accessing the Stock Levels Dashboard

To view your inventory data, navigate to the correct page:

  1. On the left-hand sidebar, click on Inventory to expand the menu.

  2. Select Stock Levels from the dropdown list.

Step 2: Understanding Your Inventory Metrics

Once on the Stock Levels page, you will see a comprehensive table displaying all your products. Here is a breakdown of the key metrics you can track:

  • Product Details, ASIN & SKU: Easily identify your items with their image, title, and standard identification numbers.

  • Sales Trend: A quick visual mini-chart showing the recent sales momentum for that specific product.

  • Status: Instantly see if a product is actively In Stock or running low.

  • On Hand: The total physical count of the product currently sitting in your fulfillment centers.

  • Available: The actual number of units that are ready and available to be purchased by customers right now.

  • Unavailable: Units that are in the warehouse but tied up (e.g., reserved for pending orders, being transferred, or under processing).

Step 3: Organizing Your View

Just like in your Analytics dashboards, you can customize how you view this data. Use the Filters button to search for specific ASINs or SKUs. You can also customize your table layout using Manage Columns or hit Export to download the data for external reporting.
