To give you accurate, AI-powered insights, TrackIQ needs to securely connect with your Amazon data. We use Amazon's secure authorization system, meaning we never see or store your Amazon passwords.
Depending on your business model, you can connect different types of Amazon accounts.
Step-by-Step Connection Guide:
Navigate to Settings > Connections in your left sidebar.
At the top of the page, you will see three main connection options:
Connect Amazon Ads: For importing your advertising campaign data (Sponsored Ads).
Connect Amazon Seller: For standard 3rd-party sellers (Seller Central).
Connect Amazon Vendor: For 1st-party suppliers (Vendor Central).
Choose the appropriate account type, and select your Region (e.g., North America, Europe) from the dropdown menu.
Click the Connect button.
You will be securely redirected to the Amazon login page. Log in with your primary Amazon credentials and authorize TrackIQ to access your data.
Once authorized, you will be redirected back to the TrackIQ dashboard.
Note: Depending on the size of your catalog, it may take up to 24 hours for TrackIQ to fully import your historical data.
What's Next? Once your primary account is connected, scroll down to the "Connected Accounts" table to configure specific modules like SP, DSP, and AMC.
