After you have successfully authorized TrackIQ to access your Amazon accounts, you have full granular control over which specific data streams are imported for each of your brands.
Scroll down to the Connected Accounts table on your Settings > Connections page to manage your active integrations.
π’ 1. Activating or Deactivating a Brand
In the Status column, you will see a toggle switch next to each brand name.
Active (Toggled On): TrackIQ will actively pull and analyze data for this brand.
Inactive (Toggled Off): Data syncing will pause for this brand. This is useful if you no longer manage a specific client or want to temporarily hide their data from your dashboard.
π 2. Connecting Specific Data Modules
TrackIQ allows you to connect different "pipes" of data for each brand independently. You will see columns with "Connect" buttons for the following modules:
SP (Selling Partner): Connect this to import your core retail metrics. This includes your daily sales, organic orders, pricing, and inventory levels.
ADS (Amazon Ads): Connect this to bring in your standard advertising performance, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
DSP (Demand-Side Platform): If you run programmatic display or video ads through Amazon DSP, connect this module to track your upper-funnel marketing metrics.
AMC (Amazon Marketing Cloud): Connect this to unlock advanced, custom analytics and cross-channel attribution data directly from Amazon's clean room.
How to connect a module: Simply click the Connect button under the respective column for your brand. You may be asked to confirm the authorization. Once connected, the button will update to show that the integration is active, and TrackIQ will begin fetching the relevant insights!
