Want the full picture of a single product's performance without jumping between multiple reports? The Product Details Insights page brings together sales, inventory, pricing, and keyword data for any product into one consolidated view.
Follow these steps to access and read your Product Details Insights page:
Step 1: Accessing the Product Details Insights Page
On the left-hand sidebar, click on Inventory to expand the menu.
Select Stock Levels from the dropdown list.
Find the product you want to review, then click the Dashboard button below its ASIN and SKU tags.
The Product Details Insights page will open, showing a complete breakdown of that product's performance.
Step 2: Reviewing the Product Overview & Revenue Snapshot
At the top of the page, you'll find:
The product image, title, SKU, ASIN, category, and BSR (Best Seller Rank), along with an Open in Amazon shortcut to jump straight to the live listing.
A Settings button and date range selector, so you can adjust the reporting period for the entire page.
Below that, the Revenue Snapshot cards summarize Total Revenue, Ad Sales, Organic Sales, ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS for the selected date range, each compared against the prior period.
The Conversion Funnel section then visualizes how shoppers move from Impressions to Clicks, Sessions, Page Views, and Purchase — making it easy to spot where drop-off is happening along the way.
Step 3: Reviewing NTB & Repeat Customers, and Inventory Health
Scroll down to find two side-by-side cards:
NTB & Repeat: breaks down orders and revenue from new-to-brand buyers vs. repeat customers over the last 4 reported months, along with average order value for each group.
Inventory Health: shows a current FBA snapshot — Days of Supply, stock breakdown (Fulfillable, Reserved, Unsellable, Researching), inbound breakdown, and a restock recommendation with suggested ship date and quantity.
Step 4: Reviewing Sales Mix & Ad Channel Breakdown
Continue scrolling to find:
Sales Mix: a daily trend chart comparing ad-attributed vs. organic revenue, along with a this-period-vs-prior-period comparison table.
Ad Channel Breakdown: spend share and performance (Spend, Sales, ACoS, ROAS, CTR) broken down by ad type — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display.
Step 5: Reviewing Price, Buy Box & Keyword Rankings
Further down, you'll see:
Price & Buy Box: your Buy Box ownership percentage, current listing and Buy Box price, and a price history chart.
Priority Keywords — Rank Tracker: daily organic rank for the product's tracked keywords, with average position, keywords improving vs. declining, and Top 10 coverage.
Step 6: Reviewing Search Query Performance
At the bottom of the page, the Search Query Performance table shows how shoppers are finding this product on Amazon — including monthly search volume and your brand's click share, cart share, and purchase share for each query, along with a weekly trend.
That's it! The Product Details Insights page gives you a single, scrollable view of everything happening with a product — from sales and ads to inventory and keyword rankings — without needing to jump between separate reports.
